Design Consultation
A comprehensive exchange of ideas focused on understanding the client’s preferences, lifestyle, likes and dislikes, and overall aesthetic vision.Meeting Services
Meetings are held in person or via video conference. Each meeting is guided by a curated agenda outlining key discussion points and decisions. Following every meeting, a detailed recap is documented and emailed to the client for clarity and reference.Budget Planning & Management
Establishing a preliminary and final budget is a top priority. A clearly defined budget provides direction throughout the design process and ensures all selections align with the client’s financial expectations, allowing confident and informed decision-making.Material Specifications
Available for both new construction and remodel projects. Materials are selected in phased stages to align with the project timeline. A comprehensive specification notebook is created, containing all selected materials along with detailed technical information for contractor and client reference.
Research & Design Presentations
Extensive research is conducted for furnishings including furniture, accessories, area rugs, and art. Selections are thoughtfully curated and presented to the client either by individual room or as a complete home concept. Marianne has established long-standing relationships with manufacturers across the West and East Coasts. Due to Style by Design’s purchasing volume, clients benefit from preferred pricing and significant discounts.
